Mrs. Sneh Bijlani joined the Institute as Treasurer of the Institute on September 1, 2005 after taking voluntary retirement from Indian Railways for which she worked for 34 years. After completing her masters Degree Course in Mathematics from Lucknow University, Mrs. Bijlani joined the Indian Railways Accounts Service. She worked as Divisional Rail Manager, Western Railways at Rajkot, and as Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer, North-Eastern and Northern Railways. Recipient of ten gold medals from Lucknow University and one from Railway Staff College, she had intensive training with Indian and British Rail in Man Power Planning, Project Management and Government Accounting and Auditing.
