Dr. Mange Ram
oversees all the administrative matters of Central Library,
Computerization and
Acquisitions. His research interests are User Studies, Total Quality
Management in Libraries, Stress Management for Librarians. He has an
administrative experience of 14 years. He holds membership of Indian
Association of Special Libraries & Information Centres (IASLIC),
Indian Library Association (ILA), Indian Academic Librarians
Association (IALA), Society for Advancement of Library and
Information Science (SALIS), Haryana Library Association (HLA),
Society for Information Science (SIS), Indian Association of
Teachers of Library and Information Science (IATLIS) etc. Dr. Mange Ram has authored 3
books, 4 invited book chapters and 25 articles. He is actively
engaged in academic work.

Dr. Kshema Prakash
is overseeing the electronic resource facilities including
e-journals, internet based services, Arts & Social Sciences
collection, and library website development in Central Library. She
is a member of DEI Libraries Computerization Committee. She has 11
years administrative experience. Presently she is also serving as
Coordinator for Distance Library Services of DEI to its various
study centres across the country and overseas.
Dr.
Kshema has
been the recipient of Vice -Chancellor's Gold Medal in B.Lib.I.Sc.
and MLIS for scoring highest marks. She has authored 4 invited book
chapters, 12 research papers and articles. She is also involved
in developing self learning material for distance learning prorammes
and translation work. Her research interests are Change Management,
Systems Approach to Change Management in Library & Information
Centres, Distance/Off-campus Library Services, Information Literacy
& Bibliographic Instruction. She is a life member of Systems
Society of India (SSI), and Indian Association of Special Libraries
& Information Centres (IASLIC).

Mr. Gaurav
Agrawal oversees the technical section and stack supervision
of Central Library. He supervises the technical processing
of books, maintenance of stacks. He also supervises the
photocopy requests. In his academic tenure he had been the
topper and Gold Medalist throughout. Mr. Agrawal has also
received National Scholarship during his academic tenure. He
has 13 years of administrative experience. He is a member of
the Indian Association of Special Libraries & Information
Centres (IASLIC), Indian Library Association (ILA),
Rajasthan Library Association, Uttar Pradesh Library
Association, National Book Trust etc. He has authored 4
articles.
