DEI - HKU Summer Exchange - June 2018
DEI-HKU Summer Experience entitled “The Dynamism of Hong Kong: Nature, Culture, and the City” was
conducted in Hong Kong on June 3-15, 2018. There were 10 students along with 2 teachers of DEI,
who attended the HKU to broach this bilateral student exchange program. The major activities such
as map making, snapshots, short writings, drawings, and video production by the students
together from both HKU and DEI, led to the exchange of ideas on their understanding and perception
of Hong Kong through the first-person experience. In totality, the trip to the
University of Hong Kong (HKU) was informative and eye-opener to the young and brilliant
students of DEI.

Sustainable Way of Life by Skill Development through Agriculture, Textiles and Yoga
DEI-HKU Summer Experience entitled “The Dynamism of Hong Kong: Nature, Culture, and the City” was
conducted at Hong Kong on June 3-17, 2018. There were 10 students along with 2 teachers of DEI,
who attended the HKU to broach this bilateral student exchange program. The major activities
such as map making, snapshots, short writings, drawings, and mobile phone video production by the students
together from both HKU and DEI, led to the exchange of ideas on their understanding and perception of Hong Kong
through the first-person experience. In totality, the trip to the University of Hong Kong (HKU) was full of
informative and eye-opener to the young and brilliant students of DEI
