From 2010-2012 She was Principal & Head, Faculty of Education, Symboyzia Girls College, Agra. She was Visiting Fellow, Faculty of Education, Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed University), Dayalbagh in 2009 and 2010 and Visiting Fellow, Deptt. of Contemporary Social Studies and Law, B.R Ambedkar University, Agra in 2010. She has about 20 publications in referred journals and has attended and pioneered several National & International seminars, conferences, campaigns and exhibitions on Human Rights Education.
