Dr. Pooja Verma is Assistant Professor in Faculty of Education at Dayalbagh Educational Institute. She completed her B. A. (2006) and M.A. in English (2008) from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra and B.Ed. (2009), M.Ed. (2010), M.Phil. in Education (2011) and Ph.D. in Education (2016) from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra. She qualified NET (National Eligibility Test) - JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) in Education in 2009. Her research interests include Innovative methods and strategies of teaching English (Wisdom-Oriented, Art-integrated, Value- based, etc.), Wisdom, Educational Administration & Management and Curriculum Development. She has participated and presented papers in various workshops, seminars and conferences at national and international levels. She has published 4 research papers/articles in referred and peer reviewed journals like Knowledge News: An International Journal of Ideas and Excellence International Journal of Education and Research (Multi-subject Journal) and 2 research abstracts in DEI-FOERA.  She has been working as a teacher educator for 7 years.
