Dr. Vasanta's research interests are Special Education, History and Management. She has published 5 research papers (3 National and 2 International Journals) in journals like Experiments in Education, Third Concept and Disabilities and Impairments. She has been working in teacher education for 15 years. She acted as a resource person for Orientation Course for Primary School Teachers conducted for ten days for DEI P.V. Primary School in Dayalbagh. She was awarded for her best research paper in Annual Conference of All India Association of Educational Research (AIAER). She is member of All India Association of Educational Research (AIAER), All India Council of Teacher Education (AICTE), System Society of India, DEI Chapter, Alumni Association of Dayalbagh Educational Institute (AADEI’s) and Indian Association of Educational Research.
