Dr. Lajwanti, is working in Dept. of Pedagogical Sciences, Faculty of Education, D.E.I., Dayalbagh, Agra since 1993. She is working in the areas of Educational Psychology, and IT. She has published many research papers/articles in reputed National and International journals like Journal of Education and Practice (IISTTE) International Institute for Science Technology and Education, Journal of All Indian Association for Educational Research, NCERT, Behvioural Scientist and Bharateeya Shiksha Shodh Patrika etc. She has guided and evaluated number of Ph.D. Thesis and Dissertations in both the Discipline educational psychology as well as Administration. She has been organizing member of various workshops/seminars/conferences.

Dr. Lajwanti, invited as resource person and Guest of honor in National Workshop on Information and Communication Technology for Teacher Trainees on 12-14 Dec. 2012 at Symboyzia Girls College, Maharani bagh, Bodla, Agra. She delivered a talk in innaugral function on Effective Communication on 12 Dec. 2012.
