The aim of the session was to strengthen awareness of the relationship between mind and body and introduce practical relaxation methods.

The workshop began with a warm welcome to the chief guest Prof. NPS Chandel, the Resource Person Dr. C. Tulsi Das and 50 student participants from different faculties. It was followed by an insightful session led by Dr. Tulsi, who shared empirical strategies for stress reduction and relaxation. Participants engaged in interactive activities, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques designed to help them stay calm and focused throughout the day. Various relaxation techniques were also shown, enabling students to include them into their daily lives.

The workshop concluded with a discussion on sustaining these practices in everyday life. The event received positive feedback, as the students thoroughly enjoyed the interactive approach. The session ended with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the efforts of the organisers, the resource person, and all participants.

Overall, the workshop was an enriching experience, providing students with essential skills to cope with stress effectively and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
