Pavithr Rajanampalle is an Assistant Professor in the department of Physics and Computer Science, Faculty of Science, Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, India. Prior to DEI, He served as Head-IT Enabled Services and Head-Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sharda Group of Institutions, Agra, India. Before joining into academics, he served over a decade in U.S.A for some of the major international players in Information Technology industry including, IBM U.S.A, PwC U.S.A and other Big-4 consulting firms providing software and business transformation solutions to large and complex business applications for fortune 500 organizations. During his association with IBM-U.S.A, He worked as a Systems Engineer and Systems Integration Project Manager in Systems engineering, Architecture and Test Centre of Excellence, where he implemented systems Engineering methodologies for some of the complex business systems and project management methodologies for establishing PMO. He also conducted several method adoption workshops for value based software systems engineering to various fortune 500 organizations. He was acknowledged with IBM STAR Performer recognition award for 2003 and C&L / PwC Best performer recognition award for the years 1999, 2000 and 2001. Along with the strong and successful industry experience, he has a special interest for teaching and research. His research interests are Value based software engineering, Social Web Engineering, Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Social Evolution, Swarm Intelligence and Evolutionary Algorithms. He also published few research papers in reputed international Journals and conferences. He was also awarded with the best innovative paper award for his concept paper on “an Evolutionary Algorithm inspired by Social Evolution”.
