Teaching Profile and Achievements

G.P. Mishra is presently Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering of Technical College. He is B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and M. Tech. in Engineering Systems & Management from Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed University), Dayalbagh, Agra. He has joined DEI Technical College in 1997 as Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and now leading the Department since 2011. He has vast teaching and industrial experience. He is teaching Diploma in engineering students since last 14 years. His teaching interests are Thermal Engineering & Thermodynamics, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Elements of Mechanical Engineering, General Mechanical Engineering, Theory of Machines and Operations Research etc. He has good industrial exposure for about 7 years.

G.P. Mishra has successfully completed two MODROB projects sanctioned All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. He is life member of scientific body System Society of India (SSI); member, Association of Alumni of Dayalbagh Educational Institution (AADIs). He is member, Alumni Placement Assistant Cells (APAC). He is also in-charge of various bodies of the College/Institute viz., sports, training and placement, co-curricular activities etc. He has act as College Games Officer for about 12 years. Presently he is also leading the Training and Placement body of the college as Training and Placement Officer (TPO). He organizes annually several workshops in the college under the capacity building programs for the overall better up-liftment /development of the students.
