Prof. Sharmila Saxena is teaching Samkaleen Hindi Kavita, Katha Sahitya, Upanyas (Novel), Lok Sahitya and Madhyakaleen Kavita in the department at UG and PG levels. She has keen research interest in the areas of Samkaleen Hindi Kavita, Katha Sahitya and Hindi Upanyas. She is the chief editor of the DEI Magazine, Shodh shree. She has authored 3 books , 50 research article and 35 review articles.

Prof. Verma has been teaching Indian Writings in English, Indian Composition / Functional English, Journalism, Literary Criticism and Approaches to Literature. His research interests are Indian Writings in English, Comparative Studies, Systems Approach to Literature, Application of Theories, Cultural Studies and Functional English. He has authored 4 books, a number of research papers and popular articles. Currently, he is the Chief Editor, Literary Paritantra (Systems): An International Journal on Literature and Theory, Chief Editor, DEI News, Chief Editor, DEI Magazine (all with ISSN Nos.).

Prof. Roy has been serving in the department as the Head for past 16 years. Teaching since 1984 U.G. & P.G. Classes in the Department of Drawing & Painting. She has a keen research interest in the area of History of Art. Dr. Roy has been conferred National Kalidasa Academy Award in 1991 in Ujjain. She has 13 research papers and 04 books to her credit.
