Dr. D.K. Chaturvedi, is the Fellow -The Institution of Engineers (India), Fellow - Aeronautical Society of India,  Fellow –Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering,  Fellow, Institution of Biomedical Engineers (India), Sr. Member IEEE, USA and Member of many National and International professional bodies such as IET, U.K., ISTE, Delhi, , ISCE, Roorkee, IIIE, Mumbai and SSI etc. The Institution of Engineers (India), Kolkata, recognized his work and conferred many award like Best Paper Award, Tata Rao Medal Award, U.P. State Power Sector Award and Mossaudi Lal Award etc. ADRDE lab of DRDO conferred him life time achievement award for his valuable contributions in field of aeronautics. He had successfully completed many consultancy projects of DRDO and many funded R&D projects of MHRD, UGC, AICTE etc. The Ministry of Environment and Forrest, Government of India, New Delhi has given a letter of appreciation to Prof. D.K. Chaturvedi for guiding the best M.Tech. Project. His name is included in Marquis Who’s Who in Engineering and Science in Asia – 2006-2007, Marquis Who’s Who in Engineering and Science in America 2006-07 and Marquis Who’s Who in World – 2006-2007. He contributed in the national mission of ICT of Govt. of India as Virtual Power Lab Developer.

He has authored four books, one edited book and 56 contributed chapters in Springer edited books. He wrote more than 550 research papers published in international and national peer reviewed journals, transactions and conferences and 15 patents in his name. He had supervised 25 Ph.Ds. and 72 M.Tech. Dissertations. He organised 35 conferences and workshops. He had strong collaboration with Univ. of Calgary, Canada, Univ. of Mexico, and ASU, USA. Presently He is also chairman, Dayalbagh Coop Housing Society Limited, Agra.

- Eminent Scientist Award by Kushombi Foundation – 2024

- His name is included in top 2% World scientist List released by Stanford University, 2024. 

- External Expert in BOS and selection board of Sharda University, Nioda,  MITS, Gwalior, DTU, Delhi JMI, Delhi and DRDO.
