Ms. DEEPSHIKHA
Ms. Deepshikha, a distinguished professional with extensive expertise in intellectual property rights. She is currently serving as a Consultant at UnitedLex, where she brings her knowledge and experience to the forefront of the intellectual property domain. Ms. Agarwal is a qualified Patent Attorney and a TYFAC Scientist, combining technical proficiency with a deep understanding of the legal and strategic aspects of patent filing and intellectual property management. Her expertise in this area promises to provide us with a comprehensive overview of the significance of intellectual property rights and practical guidance on navigating the complexities of patent filing.
Mr. ACHINT SATSANGI
Mr. Achint Satsangi, an accomplished Engineering Lead and a true problem-solver. With over 8 years of diverse experience, he has worked across startups, enterprises, and global tech giants like Amazon, Bharti Airtel, and Angel One, where he spearheaded projects that generated significant revenue impact. Currently leading engineering efforts at Cleva (YC W24), he specializes in system architecture, software design and building scalable, resilient systems. Among his numerous academic achievements, he was a national-level participant in the Rashtrapati Bhawan Hackathon and an ACM ICPC Regional Finalist. His work demonstrates a rare combination of technical expertise and business acumen.
Mr. MOHIT TANEJA
Mr. Mohit Taneja, is a strategic leader with over 22 years of expertise in the global pharmaceutical industry. Mohit has contributed to the success of esteemed companies like Dabur Pharma, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, and Fresenius Kabi, where he currently leads innovation strategy and analytics. He has a proven track record in portfolio management, financial forecasting, and operational excellence. Mohit's ability to turn challenges into opportunities has made him a trusted advisor and leader in the industry.
About the Program
In this session, students gained knowledge about "Introduction to Intellectual Property Rights with a Focus on Patent Filing", "Career Design- Preparation for high growth career," and “The 7 Facets of Innovation.” The guest lecturers provided information about future needs and opportunities for career development. They shared their experiences and insights, giving students a better understanding of the industry. Ms. Deepshikha Agarwal provided an introduction to intellectual property rights with a focus on patent filing. Students gained an understanding of the different types of intellectual property protection and the process of filing a patent application. Mr. Achint Satsangi discussed career design and preparation for high-growth careers. Students learned about the importance of setting clear career goals, developing essential skills, and networking with professionals in their field. Mr. Mohit Taneja explained the 7 facets of innovation, highlighting the importance of innovation in the pharmaceutical industry. Students gained insights into the key drivers of innovation and the process of bringing new ideas to market. This session was very useful for students who are now all set to put their steps into the industry. The insights of such alumni motivate our students and show them the reality of current market trend and make all the students realise that they can pursue whatever they dream of, with hard work and consistency.
