The students of the Department of Management participated in a fascinating and interesting talk on CPQ (Configure, Price, and Quote) by Mr. Preetham Tadiparthi, Specialist Leader, Deloitte, USA. Mr. Tadiparthi is a Technology Transformation Leader with over 24 years of experience in IT strategy, business transformation, and customer-focused solutions.
Organizations utilize CPQ as an IT strategy to create customer value to improve their process efficiencies. The six stages – Opportunity, Quote, Negotiate, Propose, Contract, and Order, CPQ have helped increase deal size, renewal contract rates, led to reduction in rogue discounting, faster time to quote, faster contract process, and increased revenue.
