I shall quote here Nelson Mandela’s Views about education, when he says “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”

I believe, each educational institute has its own character, its own distinct and identifiable personality, personality grounded on the principles of truth. As Swami Vivekananda says “Truth can be stated in a thousand different ways, yet each one can be true.” your education here at REI and outside it, during your time here and long after you pass out will help you find that truth. Our Inspiration

Huzur Sahab Ji Maharaj

The Colony of Dayalbagh was established in the year 1915 by His Holiness Sir Anand Swarup, reverently referred to as Huzur Sahabji Maharaj. One of the first functions He undertook was planning for the education of the children in the region. Dayalbagh started its first educational institution on 1st January 1917, when “Radhasoami Educational Institute (R.E.I.)” was established, initially offering admissions from class 4 to class 8, for both boys and girls. Babu Narayan Das Sahab was the first headmaster and there were 78 students in the batch.

Mission

We help our students to be intelligent learners, independent thinkers, respectful individuals and responsible citizens. The school promotes among its students the qualities of individuality, integrity, and civic and social responsibility. We provide education of the highest order which helps in achieving academic excellence, promotes positive mental growth. To create visionary leaders, who have the ability of dynamic interaction, innovative ideas, emphatic attitude, and strong decision making power.

Vision

We aspire to establish a community of exemplary leadership in education where students learn to lead a life of principles and develop into outstanding citizens of the country. We believe that to be successful in life, intellectual growth alone is not sufficient but development of students in non–academic areas is also very essential to produce global citizens who can stand tall under any situation and face the inevitable without being afraid of failure.
