Prof. Sangeeta Kumar has 21 years of Teaching and Research experience. Her teaching interests are Macroeconomics, Demography, History of Economic thought, Public Economics, Financial Institution and Market, Environmental Economics. Her research interest areas are Industrial Economics, Women study, Demography, Labour Economics, Agriculture and Rural Economics. She has published many research papers in National , International journals and edited books on various topics such as Socio – Economic condition of Women, female poverty, non-performing assets, environmental awareness and practices in SMEs , Agriculture Marketing , financial inclusion. She presented research papers in various international and National seminars and Conferences. She is an active life member of many journals and professional bodies such as Indian society of labour economics (isle) , Uttar Pradesh-Uttarakhand economic association (UPUEA), Amity journal of Economics (AJECO), Research journal of arts, management & social sciences. She organised many guest lectures and workshope in the department. She is a member of Editorial Review Board of Amity Journal of Economics (AJECO).
