Educational Qualification - M.B.M,M.A. Economics (IGNOU), Ph.D.

Dr. Resham Chopra has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed to be University) since 2013. A postgraduate in Business Management, Economics (IGNOU) and a doctorate in Strategic Management, she specializing in Forecasting, Indian Economy, HRM and Strategy. With a strong foundation in Human Resource Management and Strategy, she has been actively engaged in teaching and research for over 15 years. Dr. Chopra has made significant contributions to national and international journals. She has served as an esteemed visiting faculty member at the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal, specializing in HRM and Strategy. Additionally, she has worked as a corporate soft skills trainer in collaboration with the Institute of Professional Education and Research (IPER), a prominent B-school in Madhya Pradesh and the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) MP. Apart from academic contributions, she has been extensively involved in mentoring students, coordinating departmental activities and collaborating in interdisciplinary research. Her research interests include Forecasting, Indian Economy, Population Studies, HRM and Strategy.
