Dr. Saxena has been teaching Finance, Economics and Quantitative Techniques at UG and PG levels. He has keen research interest in the areas of Finance, Macroeconomic Issues and International Economic Relations. He has successfully completedone Minor Research Project and one Major Research Project funded by University Grants Commission, New Delhi. Presently, he is working on a Major Research Project funded by University Grants Commission, New Delhi. Dr. Saxena is actively involved in departmental research activities. He supervised a large number of dissertations to P.G. and M. Phil. candidates. He guided two doctoral research work (Ph. D.), while three are in progress.Dr. Saxena has attended a large number of national and international conferences/ seminars, and published more than thirty five research papers and case studies in prestigious national/ international journals and edited volumes. Heis associated with many Universities, Management Institutions and highly prestigious professional institutions of the country.

Prof. Kaushik has a rich and varied teaching as well as research interests in the areas of Economic Analysis, Quantitative Techniques, Econometrics, Operations Research, International Trade and Finance, Economic Relations, International Accounting Standards, and Management of Public Organizations. He has served as the Head of the Department and also as Dean of the Commerce Faculty for several terms and has gathered rich administrative experience as well. Prof. Kaushik has completed 4 research projects and has guided 13 Ph.D. Theses. His research Paper entitled "Globalization of Tax Reforms: An Export Perspective", was adjudged as the best paper in National Conference of Indian Accounting Association in 1996. Dr. Mani is teaching Macro Economic Analysis, Business Mathematics, Operations Research, Financial Management and Analysis, and Advance Statistical Analysis at UG and PG levels. His research interests are Socio-economic Issues, International Economic Relationships, and interdisciplinary study of consciousness specific to the area of economic decision processes. He has got several research papers published in International and National journals and contributed chapter to edited books. He is actively involved in departmental researches in terms of guiding M. Phil. Theses, M.Com. Theses, and B.Com. Major project works. He is at present guiding two Ph.D. works in which one has been submitted for award.
