Prof. Kaushik has a rich and varied teaching as well as research interests in the areas of Economic Analysis, Quantitative Techniques, Econometrics, Operations Research, International Trade and Finance, Economic Relations, International Accounting Standards, and Management of Public Organizations. He has served as the Head of the Department and also as Dean of the Commerce Faculty for several terms and has gathered rich administrative experience as well. Prof. Kaushik has completed 4 research projects and has guided 13 Ph.D. Theses. His research Paper entitled "Globalization of Tax Reforms: An Export Perspective", was adjudged as the best paper in National Conference of Indian Accounting Association in 1996. Prof. Kaushik has 35 research papers and 1 book to his credit
