Dr. Mange Ram did his M.A., M. Lib. & Information Science from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, IDC (Integrated Diploma in Computer), Rohtak,  and  Ph.D. in Library & Inf. Science from Dr. B R Ambedkar University Agra. Now he is working as University Librarian & Incharge at Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed Univ), Agra (Taj City) INDIA. He is the University Coordinator of the Shodhganga and Shodhgangotri projects of INFLIBNET (UGC). He is the coordinator of the Vidwan Database of INFLINNET (UGC). He also recognizes plagiarism and avoids the plagiarism concept. He is engaged in ETD (Electronic Thesis Dissertation) digitization work. His research interests are User Studies, Total Quality Management in Libraries, and Stress Management for Librarians. He has an administrative experience of 25 years. He holds membership in the Indian Association of Special Libraries & Information Centers (IASLIC), Indian Library Association (ILA), Society for Advancement of Library and Information Science (SALIS), Haryana Library Association (HLA), Society for Information Science (SIS), Indian Association of Teachers of Library and Information Science (IATLIS), etc. Dr. Mange Ram has authored 8 books, 17 invited book chapters, and 60 articles. He is actively engaged in academic work (evaluation Theis, Course writing, etc). He is a joint editor of International Journal of Library and Information Management (ISSN: 0975-878X). He is also the Managing Editor of ‘Journal of Library and Information Communication Technology’ (JLICT- ISSN: 2278 – 3482). He is the editor of ‘International Journal of Digital Library Services’ (IJODLS) ISSN: 2250-1142 (http://www.ijodls.in/about-journal.html).
