VISIT ABROAD:

Visited Montreal, Canada for the conference BioH2 2013, organized by the Biohydrogen Group of the  International Association of Hydrogen Energy at the University of Montreal. The conference was organized by Prof. Hallenback, who is one of the pioneers in Biohydrogen research. I had an opportunity to interact with several other researchers like Prof. Devin from University of Manitoba, Prof. Dinsdale from University of South Wales, Prof. Trably from INRA, France, Prof. Kim  Misun from Korea Institute of Energy Research, Prof. Lalman from University of Windsor etc. They all are doing active research in the area of Biohydrogen.I also had an opportunity to visit the waste treatment lab of Prof. Hyung-Sool Lee of the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Waterloo. I visited a consultancy firm Blue Gold, Toronto which designs  efficient systems to purify water discharged from human refuse.
