In addition to filling the online form, the entrants will submit a short (approximately 1-2 pages) written concept summary covering the background of the problem being addressed, and describing the innovative solution resulting in new approach, product, service, or venture in the direction of the identified themes. Specific attention should be focused on:

• Rationale behind choice of the idea
• Uniqueness and innovativeness of the idea
• Societal impact of the idea

Students can also submit school testimonials / awards received till date.
