Dr. Reshma Bhatnagar is a behavioral neuroscientist. She is an alumnus of DEI and was winner of the Director's medal at PG level. Her Ph.D. training was in biochemical genetics, cytogenetics and behavior of Chelonian species. She is certified and accredited by IAPCC, CCE-ICF, USA and NHCA, Singapore as Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Neuro-Semantics Practitioner, Emotional Wellness Coach, Positive Parenting Coach, Advanced Psychology Counsellor and Hypnotherapist. She holds Facilitator Certification in Human Resource Development from CLHRD, Mangalore University. She has 17 years of experience including her teaching, training & development stints at Rai University, Amity University and Sharada University. Her research has a multidisciplinary approach towards cognitive ethology of wildlife, livestock and humans by integrating Citizen Science concept with Digital Life research division of DEI. Scholars in her Cognitive Ethology Lab deploy completely non-invasive methodology, advanced technology and sophisticated software for research. Her works have been published in International and National journals of repute. She is also an active coach, therapist and counsellor, extending her consultations at local centers and online, primarily for women and parents. She has supervised 5 Ph.D., 2 M.Phil. and 20 M.Sc. dissertations.
