 Dr Reshma is an alumnus of DEI and was winner of Director's medal at PG level. Her PhD training was in biochemical genetics, cytogenetics and behavior of turtles. She has 12 years of experience including her stints at Rai University, Amity University and Sharda University. She holds Facilitator Certification in HRD from CLHRD, Mangalore University. She has been actively involved in life sciences career counseling through her website www.auragenesis.in. Her current research is multidisciplinary approach towards cognitive ethology of the fauna of semi arid zone of Uttar Pradesh. By integrating Citizen Science concept with Digital Life research division of DEI, scholars in her Behavior Lab use advanced technology and AI based software solutions to decipher behavioral and environmental changes in animals in order to maintain robust urban ecosystems in view of climate change. Her works have been published in International and National journals of repute.
