Dr. Parvindra Kumar is working as Assistant Professor (Sociology) Department of Sociology and Political Science since 2012. He has published 14 papers. One thesis has been awarded under his guidance. His areas of specialization are social change, rural sociology, sociology of development, Scheduled Castes and rural development Programmes. He has taught courses like Concepts of Sociology, Sociology of Science, Social Change, Social Anthropology, Rural Sociology, Sociology of Development, Social Ecology, Globalization and Social Change, Perspectives & foundation of Social Work.
