Dr. Kamal Jeet Sandhu

Her areas of research and interest are Organizational Behavior, Cognitive Psychology-Metacognition, Human Resource Management. She has constructed and standardized some scales:‘Work Culture Assessment Scale (WCAS); Metacognitive Thinking Scale (MTS); Acculturative Stress Assessment Scale (ASAS); Organizational Integration Scale (OIS); Organizational Justice Scale (OJS) and Emotional Suffocation/ Ventilation Scale (ES/VS).

She has supervised four Doctoral Thesis and six more are ongoing. She also supervised M.Phil. and M.A.(SS) Psychology student’s projects. She    has research papers published in journals of repute ‘Psychological Thought’,‘Journal of Psychosocial Research’,‘Social Work Chronicle’,‘Journal of Organisation and Human Behaviour’. Shedeveloped a course material of Organisational Development MA-033 July 2011, for School of Social Sciences, Indira Gandhi Open University, New Delhi. She attended many Quality Improvement Programs and presented many research papers at International and National conferences.

She was Dean (academics) at IIMS, Bareilly from April 2003 to June 2004; Member and Subject expert for the Selection Board for Agra College, Agra in 2012. She is the Editorial Review Board Member of ‘Journal of Organization and Human Behaviour’; She was the editor of Amity Journal of Behavioral & Forensic Sciences, 2006-07; Member production team for the journal ‘JIMS 8M’ published by Jagannath International Management School, New Delhi, 2004-2005; Editorof IIMS news magazine ‘IMAGES’ from Jan’01 to June’04. She was the Programme Officer, NSS, Faculty of Social Sciences, DEI, Dayalbagh, Agra from September, 2012 to  August, 2015. She is the Coordinator, Post Graduate Studies & Research, Department of Psychology, FSS, Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Dayalbagh, Agra.
