Dr. Premlata teaches Literary Criticism and Theory, and Linguistics and Modern Poetry in the departments. Her research interests are Cultural Studies, Literary Criticism and Theory, Inter-disciplinary Studies, Application of Systems Theory in the Study of Literature and Comparative Studies. She has published research papers and poems in reputed journals. Currently, she is the Editor, Literary Paritantra (Systems): An International Journal on Literature and Theory, Editor, Flights of Imagination: A Magazine of Creative Writings in English (both with ISSN Nos.).
