The main recommendations of the panelists regarding CCEG is that CCEG should be implemented at all the levels of education. Teacher and teacher educators must be oriented about CCEG to a new wave with hard realities in order to enhance the credibility of Indian Higher Education. Capacity building of teachers is prerequisite condition for the success of CCEG. Teachers must assess learning not learners. Teacher’s load of keeping records must be reduced by providing him/her human and technical recourses. Though there are many problems and constraints in implementation of CCEG but it seems an urgent need for all round development of the educational system in our country to maintain the high standard with quality in evaluation.
