DEI-FOERA – A renowned annual publication of Faculty of Education, is a Blind peer reviewed journal and has a wider canvas to disseminate the researches. To meet the challenge, it has three distinct sections: Section – I, covering the Theme papers on current Educational perspectives to acquaint the new generation as well as avid readers. This section has all invited articles from stalwarts of India. Section – II includes the papers of young researchers and professionals in India and abroad giving them opportunity to communicate on a wide platform. Section – II deals with the production at home – abstracts of Ph.D., M.Phil. and M.Ed. dissertation in order to give it a mouth to speak, what we are doing - exploring the priority areas of nation as well as keeping vigil on our own mission. In last pages we serve the futuristic Academic Calendar of events of the Faculty with the mention of what we will be performing in the coming year.
Guidelines for the Contributors
DEI-FOERA, published annually, invites articles, research papers, abstracts of Ph.D. theses, M.Phil./M.Ed. dissertations and summary of research projects in Education.
Contributors are requested to -
(i) Follow the format given below:
(a) Research Abstracts should be around 600 words and should include- Rationale, Objectives, Method, Sample, Tools, Statistical Techniques, Major Findings and Conclusions.
Name of the Author, Year of award of the Degree in brackets, Title of the research, Name of the Degree (if applicable) and Name of the University / Iinstitution should be mentioned as shown in the following format:
Paliwal, P. (2007). Restructuring Secondary Teacher Training: A Proposed Framework, Ph.D. in Education, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
(b) Articles/Research Papers can be either in English or Hindi and should not exceed 4-6 typed pages. The title page should include the title, name of the author, designation and affiliation. The abstract should not be of more than 150 words along with 3-4 keywords.
(ii) The article/abstract should follow the typing format (MS Word) as given below-
Paper Size: A4, Margin: 1” Top, 0.5” Bottom, 1.25” Left and 1” Right, Line Spacing: 1.5, Alignment: Justified, Font Name: Times New Roman, Font Size: 12 pt., Title of the Paper: Bold Style and Central Alignment, Author’s Name: Normal Style.
(iii) Please mail a hard copy along with a soft copy of the article/abstract for the next issue by the end of October to the Dean, Faculty of Education
(iv) Send your e-mail ID for correspondence.
(v) Attach a declaration letter stating that your work is original and has not been published in any other journal in India or abroad.
