The department has implemented a CONNECT Programme in Management Education labelled as: CO-PRIM-e. The programme aspires to enhance “Connect of the department with various stakeholders by three programmes, We-connect, e-connect, i-connect. The department also organized one day workshop on “Connect Programme in Management Education (CO-PRIM-e)”
Established in the year 1991 as a PG course in Business Management in Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed University) in response to the country's needs for trained managerial manpower.In 2006, the Department of Management was established as an independent department in Faculty of Social Sciences, DEI.Currently, the department offers undergraduate (B.B.A. and B.Voc. in Banking and Finance), post-graduate programme (M.B.A. (Business Management and Agricultural Management)) Post Graduate Diploma (Urban Planning and Management), M.Phil and Ph.D.
