Corporate and Teaching experience: 14.5 years

Corporate experience:

• Spans 13 years at Indian Overseas Bank, Centurion Bank, GE Capital International Services, Genpact,  Serco and Sharda Group of Institutions. Served as Head of Operations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury and bank reconciliation, vendor and customer master teams as well as Head, SAP Training team at Genpact. Served as Vice President – Programme Management at Serco.
• Certified as a Six Sigma Blackbelt from GE.
• Additionally held the role of Executive Champion of Corporate Social Responsibility Programmes of the Delhi Chapter at Genpact
• Recipient of Certificate of Award from CEO, Serco Group Plc., Leadership Excellence Award, Genpact, Team Extra Miler Awards at Genpact.

 

Teaching experience:

•        Spans 1.5 years at D.E.I.
•        Recipient of Best paper award at the 3rd Annual Commerce Convention, Department of Commerce, Delhi University.
•        Recipient of Best Poster Paper at PRIM, DEI

·       Research interests span over corporate social responsibility, consciousness studies, leadership and marketing.

·       Published 3 research papers in management journals and books.
