M.B.M. from D.E.I., N.E.T. Qualified, Ph.D. from Jiwaji University, Gwalior

 Academic Experience:

·       Served as Sr. Asstt. Professor at IITM (Deemed University), Gwalior (under collaborative program in International Business with University of Greenwich, London),

·       Served as Lecturer in Aryan Institute of Management, Agra.

·       Served as part time faculty in ICFAI (Agra Center).

·     Written books on ‘Management Accounting’, ‘Financial Accounting’ and Quantitative Techniques for Decision Making, Operations Management, and Financial Services’ published by Distance Education Program, D.E.I.

·       Research interest spans over Finance with special reference to micro finance in Indian perspective, Stock Exchange Operations, Financial Modeling, and Mutual Fund risk measuring tools, etc.

·        Published 5 research papers in peer reviewed International journals, 2 in National journals and presented various papers in National      and International conferences.  

Achievements:

·       Received ‘Ace Performer Award’ at IITM-Gwalior in year 2010.

·       Member - NAAC Committee, Website Manager of Dept. of Management, D.E.I.

·       Visited following higher learning institutions of Canada as – University of Alberta (Edminton), University of Waterloo, University of Toronto with other members of the Entrepreneurship and Virtual Incubation Cell, DEI. During visit, she had an opportunity to visit Conrad Business Entrepreneurship and Technology Centre at the University of Waterloo for learning their processes, set up and working methodology.
